Shipping is free for all orders within the continental US Orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 days from being shipped.
Rush orders (Expedited - 1.99$) are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days from being shipped
Overnight orders (Priority - 7,99$) must be placed before 12PM EST and are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days from being shipped.
Where’s my order?
Note that orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active, and USPS orders may experience delays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after they’ve been placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays.
For standard shipping, orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 3-5 business days. For those of us in a hurry, rush shipping should arrive within 2-3 business days, and overnight should arrive in 1-2 business days.
Overnight orders must be placed before 12pm to ship out same day.
To note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.
My tracking # hasn’t updated in a couple days. What’s going on?
Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.
My tracking # says the package was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere. What should I do?
Check your mailbox If the package isn’t in your mailbox, check with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know.
While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite quickly!

Return Policy and Process
You can request a return or exchange up to 30 days after your order was placed. All returns must be unwashed and undamaged.
We offer free exchanges and returns to store credit. For refunds to your original payment, we have a $7.99 restocking fee to help support the many people in our supply chain. You’ll spot this deducted from the balance of your refund once we’ve received and clicked "good to go!" on your return.
Price reduced "Sale" items are final sale
All items purchased during our site-wide sale are non-refundable. Items purchased (unworn, with tags, in original packaging) are eligible to return for exchange only within 30 days of placing your order.
Exchanges and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
Choose Your Perfect Fit Size
We offer the widest possible size range, which includes up to 14 combinations of sizes and heights, among which you can easily find the ideal one for you.
We strongly recommend that you measure your bust with a soft centimeter and, based on the value obtained and your height, make a choice of size. In addition, each model of outerwear has a table with such measurements for each size as the length and width of the product, length and width of the sleeve.
Ethics & Sustainability
As a small business, we spend a lot of time with our factory and believe it's important to do good business while we grow our business. Our team goes to our factory seasonally, while third party auditors stop by in between.
Sourcing: We source yarns from luxury mills in Europe, many of which have been long-standing experts in the world of knitted wear. All of our products follow the strictest standards under both US and EU standards.
Manufacturing: We manufacture our collection at our factory in Russia - both practicing labor and environmental standards we can be proud of.
Fabric & Design
Scandica was founded in 2009 and we have started close cooperation with Estonian family knitwear factories, where the secrets of craftsmanship are carefully preserved and passed down from generation to generation.
Today we have own factory where we produce our clothes with attention to individual, even the smallest details, because the quality of their processing directly depends on how perfect the finished product will be.
Using modern technologies, we have created a unique product in which ergonomic designs, lightness and comfort meet centuries-old traditions. Scandica knitwear is a quality and practical with classic and modern jacquard designs and Scandinavian-style three-dimensional structures.
All items of clothing under Scandica trademark are hand and machine washable at 30 degrees centigrade using wool cycle for woolen and careful cycle for cotton clothes.Use washing detergents with pH neutral (special detergents for washing wool).
Use water of the similar temperature for washing and rinsing in order to avoid shrinking during hand washing.
Wash light and dark knitted clothes separately.
Do not bleach and do not use washing agents with chlorine.Iron wool fabric at a heating temperature of the iron not more than 150 degrees centigrade using steam, in the wool mode, with moisture or through a wet cloth.
Turn the garment inside out if necessary.
Do not dry in the washing/drying machine.
Dry the garments in the horizontal position.
Do not dry woolens near the heating appliances and in direct sunlight.
